The purchases shall be entered into only for articles published on joyelbeachwear.com/shop and until exhaustion of inventories.
For the conclusion of the purchase of one or more products Joyel, it is necessary user registration by following the wizard of purchase, and the consequent acceptance of all terms of sale.
Following the registration of the data, the user should make the payment for the order to enable the conclusion of the contract.
After payment, the purchase order is taken over by joyelbeachwear.com that will send an email confirming the receipt of the order.
On joyelbeachwear.com only exclusive-brand Joyel products are offered for sale.
Joyel does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
The essential characteristics of products are shown on each product description page. Images and colors of the products offered for sale on joyelbeachwear.com may differ from the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser or monitor used and no exception will be raised in this regard by the consumer.
The prices are inclusive of VAT.
The official currency of the website joyelbeachwear.com is the Euro.
Joyelbeachwear.com accepts the following methods of payment:

Orders will be executed within 72 working hours starting from the payment acceptation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order process will take up more time.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, in the following hours: 8.30 am – 12.30 pm / 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm.
Joyel ships all around the world by courier for Italy and by Poste Italiane for other countries.
It is possible to ask for returns within 14 days from the date of the receiving of the order; changes and returns requested after this time will not be accepted. To make a change or a return it is necessary to download the Change and Return Form (www.joyelbeachwear.com/modulo-cambio-reso/
) and follow the instructions inside. For any questions on the procedure write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
specifying the order number in the subject.
The shipping charges for returns are at the customer’s expenses. The goods must be sent to the address on the envelope received by courier or any type of traceable shipping.
In case of change or return it is necessary that the goods are in the same condition in which the customer received them, with all the tags attached. We will check the conformity of the goods received and, in case of non-compliance with the conditions, communicate the non-acceptance of the exchange / return.
In case of change, after verification of conformity, the goods will be sent by Joyel, by courier, within 10 working days of receipt at their premises. Shipping costs are charged to the customer. In case of return, after verification of conformity, the refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods on site.
During promotions or free shipping costs, in case of return shipping costs (even if initially not paid) will be charged to the customer. A customized item can not under any circumstances be changed or returned. Finally, the change / return is not possible for the goods on sale.
Changes and returns will not be made during the month of August. The Customer is required to return the goods within the scheduled time (14 days from the date of delivery) but requests will be processed and verified in September.
